Villa Ventura

PRESENTATION :

Villa Ventura is a magnificent luxury villa surrounded by a wooden deck, overlooking a beautiful infinity pool, and the luscious tropical garden. 

This villa is a haven of peace and relaxation. One part of the house comprises of the lounge, dining room and kitchen and the fully furnished outdoor living spaces - this section is dedicated to entertainment, whereas the 5 bedrooms are located in two wings off the entertainment area. These wings are arranged around a set of patios, water basins, and tropical atrium gardens, thus allowing for the privacy of the guests.

DESCRIPTION:

Spacious villa with a surface area of 316 m², surrounded by a large, fully furnished terrace as well as a kiosk close to the barbecue area, where you will be able to spend unforgettable moments with family and friends. 

Infinity pool with a length of 16 m and a maximum depth of 2 m, surrounded by a tropical garden of 3500 m². 

Villa Ventura offers 5 bedrooms:

• 4 bedrooms with king-size beds, each bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, 3 of these bedrooms with outside shower. 
• 1 bedroom with a queen size bed

Lounge, dining room, 1 guest toilet, open plan kitchen, wet kitchen, laundry room.

This villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 persons.

FINISHES AND FURNISHINGS :

Each bedroom offers air conditioning, a telephone and a TV with LCD screen and satellite decoder (French and local channels). The lounge is also equipped with a big flat screen TV with satellite decoder (French and local channels), as well as a DVD player.

Dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric stove, oven (fan), microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, iron, ironing board, 7 TVs, telephone. WiFi access, satellite TV (Canal Sat - French and local channels), safe, alarm.
