The apartment has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and an independent bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms to share. Two of the bedrooms are seafacing and have access to a terrace equipped with deckchairs.

The Residence also offers a roof terrace, reserved for residents, accessible by a lift on the upper floor. Underneath the blue sky and overlooking the sea, you can relax on deckchairs and dive into the roof-top infinity pool.
