Perched slightly above its surroundings, the villa enjoys a quiet location, great privacy, and a relaxing atmosphere amidst nature. The beach is just 250 meters away, while the famous C Beach Club and the KiteGlobing water sports center are accessible in just 5 minutes (approximately 2.5 km). From the villa, you can even directly observe the wind and kitesurfing conditions.
The villa is ideal for couples seeking tranquility but is also perfectly suited for families with up to two children or teenagers, or for a maximum of three adults.
Outside, the private terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a Weber barbecue, providing the perfect setting to enjoy the stunning sea view.
