This typical Mauritian beachfront bungalow with its thatched roof is the traditional "2nd home on the beach": a simple home in an incredible location on the beach, with a fantastic view of the lagoon of Pointe d'Esny.
The shady "veloutier" trees lend themselves to a restful afternoon in the shade, while the children enjoy a play on the beach. This villa is the epitome of traditional beachfront living in Mauritius, a place of conviviality and unforgettable moments with the family.

House/villa for 6 persons: 6 rooms, 3 thereof bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen, 2 fully furnished terraces.
Master bedroom with partial sea view: double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
2nd bedroom: double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
3rd bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
All the rooms are located on the ground floor.
Living area : 250 m²

Free WI-FI in the entire house, lounge with flat screen TV, satellite TV (Canat-SAT - French), DVD player, Kitchen with :
Dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, gas/electric stove, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, alarm, safe.
Dining room for 6 persons. Terraces furnished with outdoor lounge suite and dining area. ceiling fans in all the rooms.

House staff : 1 housekeeper in the mornings 6 days/week (except Sundays and public holidays) included in the rent.

Le 16 novembre 2025 : Il n'y a absolument rien à redire concernant la Villa Veloutier Blanc. Tout était parfait. L'accueil de votre hôtesse était ponctuel et très instructif. Merci. Le seul point négatif concerne le paiement du deuxième versement. Malgré ma demande préalable concernant la possibilité d'un paiement par virement BEN (voir courriel du 5 septembre 2025) et votre confirmation, le virement a été refusé et retourné, mais 110 € ont été retenus au titre des frais de traitement. J'ai donc perdu cette somme, ainsi qu'environ 90 € de frais bancaires. C'est regrettable.
À l'avenir, un processus de paiement plus fluide serait souhaitable.

Réponse le 24/11/2025 : Cher Monsieur, Je suis vraiment désolé pour vous, mais de notre coté, notre banque nous confirme qu'elle n'a jamais reçu votre virement et donc qu'elle n'a pas pu le rejeter? Si vous le souhaitez une attestation de sa part pour que vous puissiez réclamer un remboursement à votre banque qui a du faire une erreur d'Iban, ou quelque chose comme cela, n'hésitez pas à nous demander Bien à vous et à bientôt à Maurice Guillaume

Le 4 mai 2025 : Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille à la Villa. La vue juste magnifique, tout était conforme à la vidéo de présentation. Le déjeuné d'arrivée et les cadeaux ont été bien apprécié.Merci à Oazure pour son accueil et son professionalisme.

Le 2 mai 2023 : Villa veloutier blanc fonctionnelle mais qui demandrait quelques renovations notemment grosse fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain de la chambre vue mer suite pluie diluvienne. Idem entre cuisine et buanderie.
A par cela agréable sejour dans cette villa , tout était bien..
