Unique to Mauritius, Flavours and Shores is a journey to discover our traditional cuisine
Through a practical workshop and cooking demonstration which will conclude with a tasting.
A teaching team of 5 Mauritian chefs and a European presenter offers cookery courses all year round, in an exceptional environment near Port-Louis. Participants will visit the spice gardens and old kitchen area.
Children and accompanying care-givers can enjoy the swimming pool, library and games.
