Flavours and Shores – a culinary journey

Unique to Mauritius, Flavours and Shores is a journey to discover our traditional cuisine 

 

Through a practical workshop and cooking demonstration which will conclude with a tasting. 

 

A teaching team of 5 Mauritian chefs and a European presenter offers cookery courses all year round, in an exceptional environment near Port-Louis. Participants will visit the spice gardens and old kitchen area.


Children and accompanying care-givers can enjoy the swimming pool, library and games. 

DURATION: 9:00 am to 14:00 or 11:15 to 2:00 p.m. 

RATES (including breakfast):

  • Discovery course: Rs 3,000 (approx. € 75) / adult and Rs 1,600 (approx. € 40) / child 5-13 years 
  • Taster course: Rs 1,800 (approx. 45 €) / adult and Rs 800 (approx. 20 €) / child 5-13 years
