We are therefore a duly authorized professtional and allowed to provide this type of services and we act as a mandate / agent of the Owner or as an intermediary between the Owner and the holidaymakers (lessees) on behalf of the Owner.
To make long term rentals or sales of villas, apartments, land, business, commercial premises, offices, we have an Estate Agency License No. T000001367, issued by the District Council of Rivière du Rempart, MAURITIUS.
