This villa will seduce you for its privileged location less than 100 m from the Pointe d'Esny beach, which you can see from the balcony on the 1st floor. There is also a lounge and outdoor dining area on the terrace, overlooking the landscaped garden.

Special mention for kiters: this villa is located in one of the famous kite surfing spots of Mauritius. The beach and the famous school "Specialized Kiteboarding" whose specialty is hydrofoil, are less than 100 m away. Another special mention for travelers who are looking for authenticity: the charming neighboring town of Mahébourg is well worth a visit, and fans of sea excursions will be delighted to know that the lagoon of Mahébourg / Pointe d'Esny is the largest in Mauritius, allowing you to go from Blue Bay Marine Park to Ile aux Cerfs, via Ile au Phare, Ile aux Flamands etc., the many magical places that will allow you to spend unforgettable days.
