Islands of the South-East by Pirogue "Island King"

Jean-Pierre will take you on a typical Mauritian outing on his traditional pirogue.

Set sail and explore the coast line along the East coast and discover the little islands inside the lagoon : Ile aux Phare, where a light house built in 1865 dominates the island, Ile de la Passe with the ruins of a fort that was built by French and English forces about 2 centuries ago, the waterfall of Grande Rivière Sud Est, Ile aux Flamands and finally Ile aux Cerfs, where you will enjoy a BBQ lunch on the beach under the shady casuarina trees.

DURATION : from 9h30 to 16h00, departure from Pointe d'Esny (Pointe Jerôme). Residents of Pointe d'Esny and Blue Bay can be picked up and dropped off directly at their villa. 

RATES (including lunch and drinks) :

• Pirogue hire for max. 8 persons 12 000 Rs (abt. 250 €)
• BBQ with chicken, sausages, fish, fresh salad, garlic bread, fresh fruit at 1 200 Rs (abt. 25 €) / adult and Rs 900 (abt. 19 €) / child 3 - 8 yrs. 
• Option Crayfish: + 800 Rs (abt. 17 €)/portion
